When a Return or Replacement May Be Requested

Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions. Shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, and related expenses may not be refundable unless the issue results from an error attributable to Aadishilpi Handicrafts.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before entering production, packaging, or dispatch. Once shipped, or once a customized order has entered production, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
